Solidarity of the AFC with our Ukrainian colleagues
Directors of Photography and members of the AFC, we wish to express our support for our Ukrainian friends and colleagues, and their families.
We stand with the Ukrainian people, as they courageously stand firm against the Russian Federation’s brutal invasion of their territory.
We join with the formidable international movement of civil society demanding an end to this war, a return to lasting peace, to liberty, and respect for the territorial integrity and freedom for the democratically elected government of Ukraine.
We also salute our Russian comrades and colleagues who have dared to oppose this war and this dictatorship, at the peril of their own liberty and, at times, their lives.
