Arri Lighting announces changes and updates with the release of Stellar 2.5

Stellar 2.5 finally allows for one time buy, the subscription options will not be available anymore for new customers. By March 29, Stellar2.5 will be available to download in Apple Store and Google Play store.

Continued improvements on help (Demo Project) and workflow are part of this new version as well. However, the focus is the switch from subscription model to one time buy.

For the use of up to five fixtures Stellar 2.5 is free of charge without any limitation. This should facilitate an intensive pre-testing phase for bigger project as well as attract small studios for streaming or YouTube-like recording.


Current subscriptions remain unchanged and valid until end of validity period – both monthly and yearly versions.
