Gilles Porte, AFC, and Samuel Lahu, his Assistant Cameraman, are currently shooting in Jordan. They have agreed to send us two images extracted from the daily photographic journal they are keeping during the shooting of the film 3000 Nights, directed by Mai Masri. Gilles Porte, AFC, et Samuel Lahu, son assistant opérateur, ont passé neuf semaines en Jordanie pour le tournage du film de Mai Masri, 3000 Nights. Ils s’étaient accordés pour nous envoyer chaque jour deux extraits du journal en images qu’ils ont tenu quotidiennement. Au terme de leur séjour, découvrez les images qu’ils ont prises lors de leur neuvième et dernière semaine en Jordanie.

Gilles Porte, AFC, is currently filming on location in Siberia. Like he did during Summer 2014 while shooting Mai Masri’s film 3000 Nights, he has offered to send us two snapshots from the daily photo journal he is keeping while working on The Consolations of the Forest, directed by Safy Nebbou. Although this time around, he is asking other members of the team to provide one of the two daily photos, whose legend he will write himself.
